RANGERS NOTES  —  Kinsler will not be rushed  —  BOSTON - Second baseman Ian Kinsler, who has been out for a month with a dislocated thumb, made his second rehab start at Triple A Oklahoma on Friday night.  He is expected to play several more games at Oklahoma before being activated from the disabled list.
