Rangers score 8 in 1st, beat Tigers 10-4  —  DETROIT—Josh Hamilton hit a three-run homer during Texas' eight-run first inning, and Mike Napoli went deep for a fifth straight game to lead the Rangers to a 10-4 win over the Detroit Tigers on Saturday in the first game of a doubleheader.
