Mets said to have deal with top pick Cecchini  —  The Mets and shortstop Gavin Cecchini, whom the team took with the No. 12 pick in the First-Year Player Draft, have agreed to terms on a contract for $2.3 million set to be officially signed on Friday, according to a source familiar with the negotiations.
