Dodgers Agree To Sign Hector Olivera  —  Cuban infielder Hector Olivera has agreed to sign with the Dodgers, Baseball America has learned.  The signing, first reported by MLB.com as a six-year, $62.5 million deal including a $28 million signing bonus, will be exempt from the international bonus pools.
