Reds pitcher Homer Bailey has surgery to remove bone spurs in elbow  —  Cincinnati Reds right-hander Homer Bailey hasn't pitched a full season since 2013.  That streak will continue for another year.  —  On Wednesday, the Reds announced that Bailey had surgery to remove bone spurs from his surgically repaired elbow.

Twins To Sign Craig Breslow  —  The Twins have agreed to a minor-league deal with lefty Craig Breslow, the veteran hurler tells Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports (via Twitter).  Terms are not known at this time, though Breslow suggests he turned down potentially more lucrative offers from other organizations.
